The Professional and Personal
Development (PPD) Program has been designed as a structured path
to help and support all members of Business Swap, to achieve a
successful business and / or career. The Program incorporates
activities to help your skill development in the areas of
Presentation Skills, Sales & Marketing, Business Management,
Personal Development, People Skills and Leadership
This is achieved by completing set “Keys to Achievement” such
as:

club operations

The PPD Program is self-managed,
and it is entirely your choice as to whether you actively
participate. It is advised that you take your Success Journal to
all Business Swap meetings and events, so you can record your
progress.
